You can describe your vision and the type of support you are looking for in the description. You may also include external links or attach relevant documents such as project briefs or images to provide more context. Interested community members can message you directly to discuss how they might get involved.

Job Postings

For those looking to hire within the community, the Job Postings feature allows you to advertise roles with specific details. When posting a job, you must include a salary range or indicate if the role is a volunteer position. This transparency helps members find roles that match their expectations and qualifications. As with collaboration projects, you can include external links and attachments to support your posting.

Finding Opportunities

With many opportunities being shared, you can use the search and filter tools to find the most relevant projects and jobs. The search bar allows you to look for specific keywords in titles and descriptions. You can also filter the board by type (Collaboration or Job) and by country to find opportunities in your preferred location or field.

Applying for Opportunities

Applying for a project or job is straightforward. By clicking the apply button on a posting, you will be prompted to send a direct message to the poster. This starts a conversation in the community messaging system where you can share your interest and any relevant experience. We recommend providing a brief introduction to help the poster understand why you are a good fit for their opportunity.

Reporting Content

To maintain a safe and professional environment, you can report any project or job posting that violates community standards or seems inappropriate. Reported items are reviewed by administrators to ensure the Projects Board remains a valuable and respectful resource for everyone. Reporting an item will also block the poster from contacting you to ensure your safety.
